Food was good but for the price portions could of been bigger

Food and place was good. Portions could of been a bit larger. Near some attractions on the way to the Cape.

Good hot dogs the clam cakes need a little work. Too dense and need more or a clam not just the juice for taste.

Good lobster rolls and chowder. Very dog friendly - there’s an outdoor deck and they’ll bring you a bowl of water for your dog.

A just-good-enough option for people who prefer not to drive all the way down to Seafood Shanty on the canal. Food is passable, service is friendly. Best feature is Jenga blocks on the counter while you wait for your clam strips to fry.

Always fresh hot and delicious. Never a wait for a table when we go. Makes a great place for our date night to feed our seafood cravings.

The owners are lovely people and provide good service. I had pan seared scallops, which were delicious, along with a salad. I'm hoping more people will give this restaurant a try. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Fresh fish, great waitress, fun atmosphere, nice customers and a rockin homemade healthy menu. Plus, superdupper cole slaw to boot!

Got a lobster salad sandwich and the lobster was cooked perfectly tender but it was very very expensive almost $20 in a small hot dog roll

WOW!! This place is legit! I'm staying in Massachusetts with my family until the pandemic subsides in NYC, so it's my first time here. We got fried oysters, fish and chips and a cheeseburger deluxe. The food was so fresh and delicious. I wish the burger was a little bigger,but it was tasty. I hope to go back there before I leave in a few weeks!

Great seafood in a no frills location with takeout. The fried clams and scallops were tender and had a good batter that wasn't too heavy and the fries were crisp. The lobster roll was tender and delicious. Prices are a bit high since you don't get overly large portions but we didn't leave hungry. A good stop to satisfy your seafood craving.

Don't overlook this place as a fast food only joint. Food and prices are great. Nice people..casual atmosphere. We will be back!

Captains Plate we ordered was kinda small 2 peices of fish but only only 2 scallops 2 shrimp and few small full belly calms

Food is great! Just was not happy with the waitress. My husband and I were taking our time talking and eating and just because we were not eating at the very moment she kept trying to take our plate. Very rude if you ask me

I gave it a two of five. One for location and one for the nice waitress. For the price we pay we would expect a good portion-- which didn't happen. Nor did we get healthy-looking whole clams. Our clams were small, shriveled, and on the dry side. Scallops weren't much better. Our malt vinigar came in a dirty no-label bottle, and it didnt contain malt vinigar. I had hoped for somethig I could brag on; since the business is in the heart of seafood county on rt 6 in Buzzards Bay.

This is one of my favorite places in Wareham! It’s family owned and the wife is so sweet. The husband cooks a lot of really good food. We especially like the clam cakes.

A rather quiet place with a recently updated interior. They have indoor and out door seating. There is plenty of seafood selections and the portions are quiet nice for the price. They do offer a kids menu with dogs, burgers,etc. I will definitely revisit again in the future

This restaurant offers amazing service as well as enjoyable menu. One of my favourite restaurants ever. The food and drinks served quickly and the prices are fair. I recommend this place.

This is a smaller cozy restaurant on route 28. The seafood is fresh and delicious. My favorite is the lobster roll paired with a glass of their Chardonnay.

Grabbed a Captains plate and Shrimp Mozambique. Clean place, friendly staff, good portions. I liked the batter, definitely had a nice light seasoning to it. Fish was too greasy like they didn't let the fry oil drip off enough before serving it. The Mozambique sauce was lousy. No spice to it and little to no flavor. French fries weren't bad but weren't great. A little more crisp to them would work, or frying them in the fish fryer to give it a little flavor. A few tweaks and this place would be rocking. Just being honest.

Wasn't the best fish n chips but they fish was white (not grey) the fish was moist but not soggy. The fish batter was heavier than I like. Small place with a bar and lots of fish platter varieties and a small order was exactly enough for this average size women

Liked it here. Clean & friendly service. Food was better than average. I like it here better than the nearby competitors! Recommended.

Tonight l ordered fisherman platter and onion rings they were lightly breaded and the breading was not salty and the fish was tasty. But the scallops were like chewing flavorless rubber and the onion rings were soggy. Not even sure how to discribe the shrimps. Disappointing to say the least.
